HIV Innocence Group Truth

I have been contacted by several people who came to me of their own volition who have had negative experiences with Clark Baker and his dubious organizations. One person almost died and others have been manipulated into not taking their HIV medications. We are getting affidavits to this effect. If you have had any negative experience, please contact me by leaving a comment and I will get back to you. I will NOT post your comments. If you peruse this blog, will you see that I have never posted comments. I learned with my previous blog that publishing comments just detracts from the facts and purpose of this blog. And that purpose is to provide the public with verifiable facts and information about the dubious intent of Clark Baker, OMSJ, HIV Innocence Group and the deleterious effects of AIDS Denial.

In my previous post I mentioned that Mr. Baker had just opened a laboratory to supposedly analyze blood with an Electron Microscope. I even supplied a link to his website for the lab he named Viral Forensics. Here is what you get now when you click that link or search for his site:

I am very sad that the website is gone. It was very slick and filled with a plethora of factually ridiculous information for me to analyze, deconstruct and provide the general public with the truth. I had even sent them a message via their “contact us” page asking for a list of their services and the associated fees. Alas, they never sent me the information. I guess I should not have used my real name and email address.

But I am quite certain the website will return. It is only down because of Baker’s lawsuit with Dr. Murtagh where Baker is being annihilated and facing a Contempt of Court ruling. It is down because a judge had ordered Mr. Baker to take down his defamatory website about Dr. Murtagh. If you remember, the original site was JamesMurtaghMD.com. Mr. Baker did take that site down but very quickly re-posted the exact information, layout and look of the original site under JamesMurtaghMDPsycho.com. When I wrote a post detailing the deception (and the despicable “Psycho” name) Baker then changed the name again to JamesMurtaghMDTruth.com.

That is why Viral Forensics is now down. That website was hosted by the MurtaghMDTruth site which is now part of a potential Contempt of Court ruling against Mr. Baker. When you go to what was the Viral Forensics website, this is now the url you get:

My bet is that Mr. Baker’s associates in the Viral Forensics scheme lab are covering themselves legally. Because the MurtaghMDTruth is part of a possible Contempt of Court ruling which could levy a heavy penalty, no one wants Baker’s stench of failure on them. It is becoming a pattern with people scurrying away from Mr. Baker:

1. The first law firm was sanctioned and they are no longer Baker’s attorneys.
2. The second set of attorneys for Mr. Baker asked a judge to let them out of their affiliation with Mr. Baker only weeks after agreeing to represent him.
3. Only two people donated to his GoFundMe page.
4. Now those associated with Baker in Viral Forensics must be having second thoughts.

Who are the people associated with Baker and Viral Forensics? While the site was still up I noticed that none other than David Rasnick had written a white paper specifically for the website:

“…white papers are marketing publications that serve to explain the technology used in a product.”

That white paper was more marketing than explanation, for sure. The only citations provided were by other AIDS Denialists such as Henry Bauer and Nancy Banks and it only served to tear down all other viral diagnostic methodologies such as flow cytometry, PCR, phylogentics and others.

For now Viral Forensics is gone. When it comes back I can’t wait to write a post factually detailing all the inconsistencies, duplicity and downright crazy included in that site.

I just recently found out how successful (and rich) Baker’s wife, Carol Dunn is. She turned her business into a “power house” worth $220 million and then sold it. Baker and his wife live in California, which is a community property state. So why is Baker begging people for a paltry $200 Grand? (BTW, that site has only garnered $75 from 2 donors.)

I also have confirmed via two independent sources that Mr. Baker has made plans to file bankruptcy. I will not divulge my sources; below is part of an email directly from Mr. Baker to one of my sources:

“I – along with OMSJ – have received tremendous pressure in the form of a malicious lawsuit, which has now forced me to close down our operations and retire. I’m now forced to declare bankruptcy to protect my assets. “

NOTE: Baker is once again being dishonest; he has no intention of retiring. Here is a link to his new “business” an EM lab. I will write a detailed post about that in the coming days.

I have to wonder if perhaps Baker is considering bankruptcy because of his wife. I mean it must be tough for such a mega-successful woman to have her hard earned assets threatened because she married a mega-loser. Let’s face it; this money belongs to Carol, not Baker. She earned it. Baker could not even afford the taxes on their California Mansion with his LAPD pension. Carol must be embarrassed by Clark’s conspiracy theory shenanigans that got him into this mess. Can you imagine being out to dinner or the theater with other rich, successful people and this mope, Ex-LAPD, blue-collar, pseudo-intellectual starts in with his “all of Big Pharma and every scientist in the world is threatened by me” bullshit? I wish I was their neighbor, I would throw a party every weekend and invite Baker just for entertainment. You know everyone in their circle laughs behind his back.

Now Baker has proven that he is a deadbeat that does not pay his bills. After all, it has been one month since a California judged ordered Mr. Baker to pay $60,000 to Dr. Murtagh’s attorneys who have yet to receive that payment. It’s not like he can’t afford it. He must make that much in one month just in interest on his wife’s money. Or perhaps Baker’s wife won’t open the purse strings to pay for his embarrassingly bad behavior.

Whatever the reason for Baker’s bluster about bankruptcy and his audacity to beg people for money, the truth is, Baker has the funds. His irrational ego just will not allow him to admit that he is wrong, be a man and pay for his mistakes and move on with his life. Perhaps Baker’s life is not as great as pretends.

Many times on this blog I have provided detailed documentation of Clark Baker’s penchant for making extreme exaggerations and outright false claims. One area where Mr. Baker has exhibited his habit for braggadocio is his career with the LAPD. I can not count the number of times I have seen Baker make the claim about the thousands of thugs, criminals and felons he has arrested. But now I have found evidence, in Mr. Baker’s own words, that contradicts his own number of arrests. As a matter of fact, Baker comes right out and admits that he stopped doing his job for 8 years due to some unnamed bit of petty bitterness toward the job he claims to have so dearly loved and been so great at:

“Although I had arrested thousands of career criminals, junkies, felons, and drunks before 1994, I successfully avoided criminal suspects and arrested no one between 1992 until I retired in 2000.  Warren Christopher would have been very proud of my spotless complaint record.  I figured that if jurors, prosecutors, judges, politicians, and my police department refused to support my efforts [then] arresting predators was pointless.  As far as I was concerned, LA’s residents would get the gangs, crime, and declining quality of life that they deserved.

So I went through the motions.  My uniform and motorcycle were spotless.  I kissed babies, smiled, waved, and became the model of the new LAPD—an all-American patriot who did everything except the job he was sworn to do.  As an LA cop, I became little more than an attractive, well-paid lie.”

Mr. Baker proudly admits to not doing his job for 8 full years. And let’s not forget that Mr. Baker was suspended from the LAPD for 3 years due to the police brutality excessive use of force lawsuit filed against him. So that is 11 years out of a 20 year career and yet we are supposed to believe that in 9 years Mr. Baker arrested thousands of people and received “more than 80 commendations” while a traffic cop police officer?

Let’s examine another claim Mr. Baker has made many times. Baker loves to claim that he has received “more that 80 commendations” while he was with the LAPD. In paragraph 4 of the affidavit that he submitted in his lawsuit against me Baker phrased it like this:

“I have received more than 80 commendations from the LAPD command staff and local, state and federal officials for meritorious service.”

And if you scroll down the affidavit linked above to Attachment #1 on page 47 you will find examples of those “commendations for meritorious service”. Of course he has not listed all 80 commendations (because they probably do not exist) but I find it curious that he supplied the ones that he did. Keep in mind that this affidavit was submitted to a Federal Court in a lawsuit in which Mr. Baker claimed One Million Dollars in damages. I have broken them down:

• 1 Certificate for Graduating from the Police Academy
• 6 Certificates of Congratulations on Retirement
• 1 Certificate of Initiation into the American Legion
• 1 Certificate for Creating a Video Enforcement Program
• 1 Certificate for Creating a Video Enforcement Program geared toward schools
• 1 Plaque for the same Video Enforcement Program
• 1 Newspaper clipping about his work with IT to help develop the LAPD website

To me that is a bit thin. It is only 12 items and many of them are just duplicates on the same “accomplishment” if you call retirement an accomplishment. Let’s look at two definitions:

Commendation: an award involving special praise. Or even the lesser definition: an official citation or award.

Meritorious: deserving praise; reward; esteem.

I’ve said it before, Mr. Baker is nothing if not humble.

Back on January 28, 2014 Clark Baker confirmed on his facebook page that a film crew was at his house filming interviews with several people for a documentary about OMSJ.

A production crew has invaded my home to interview my dear friend and associate Baron Coleman, for an upcoming documentary.

In the comment section of the same post Baker again confirmed the documentary was about OMSJ:

Ten days earlier on January 19, 2014 Clark Baker posted from Atlanta, GA. while he was there for the trial of Craig Lamar Davis. (NOTE: Of course Baker and his “team” lost that case and Mr. Davis got sent to prison for several decades. Currently that case is being appealed with the help of The Center for HIV Law and Policy. The appeal is based on ineffective counsel since the defense strategy was Baker’s anti-science strategy. That strategy has been proven to be a loser 5 out of 5 times.)

  Clark Baker Yes Skip – they’re filming a documentary about our Atlanta case…

I found out that the name of the documentary was to be called Circular Logic and was being filmed by a company called Fortynine Productions. In August of 2014 I contacted the director, Ms. Laia Coll Enrique, to find out about the documentary and let her know that a true documentary should include critics and that I was probably Mr. Baker’s most ardent critic. I shared some information that I had about Mr. Baker, his dubious organization and our history and the lawsuit he had filed to shut me up. Ms. Coll Enrique finally responded to my second email. She said she would be happy to start a dialogue with me and answer my questions just as soon as she had some time. She ended her lovely, very professional email by asking me where I got her contact information. I responded to her email by telling her I looked forward to speaking to her but did not divulge how I found her information. That was the last time I heard from Ms. Coll Enrique despite me following up two more times. I believe she may have contacted Mr. Baker who advised her to end contact with me unless I would give her my resources.

But I guess it does not matter now. It has been 18 months since filming began and there has not been a peep about the fate of Circular Logic. Maybe it died because the verdict in the Craig Lamar Davis trial was so devastating or because Baker ran out of money. My fantasy is that after I alerted Ms. Coll Enrique to the facts and truth about Clark Baker and OMSJ she did her own research and realized the documentary she thought she was making was really just AIDS Denialist propaganda.
